If you thought that the “Damn, Daniel” had people in sync over one common thing meet the internets new obsession. The new internet trend is called The Running Man Challenge. It’s a new viral dance trends like the Harlem Shake. Two University of Maryland basketball players, Jaylen Brantley and Jared Nickens are credited with coming up with the challenge. However it was started by two high school kids. It could not be any simpler and you don’t even have to be a good dancer. All you have to do is a variation of the classic running man while Ghost Town DJ’s “My Boo” plays in the background. This challenge should help the old ’90s hit song move up in the charts.

The dance has already started to make the it it’s way around the NFL, NBA, NHL and pretty much everywhere else. Some of my favorite videos of the challenge are below. I’m sure by the end of the week you’re going to have “At night, I think of you,” stuck in your head. Not sure how long this trend will last but enjoy it until the next one comes along.
